You need JavaScript enabled to view it. " to your address book .Click on the link in the email to complete your registration! If you do not complete this step, you will not be able to login.
To bid on a property, go to the bidding page for the property that you wish to bid on, view the term and conditions, enter your ID, password, bid amount and submit your bid.
Place your bid! To place a bid, simply type your bid amount in the "BID NOW" box . You will then be asked to confirm your bid amount. Make sure you entered the correct amount!
Remember, a Buyer's Premium equal to greater of between 7% - 10% of the Winning Bid amount or $3,000 will be added to establish the Total Purchase Price.
Example: Your Winning Bid = $300,000. A Buyer's Premium of 21,000 (7% of $300,000) is added, to make the Total Purchase Price = $321,000.
If you are the high bidder, you will receive a Winning Bidder Confirmation via email, and will be contacted to go over the specifics of the sale.
Be prepared to complete the contract and wire your Earnest Money Deposit within 24hrs of the sale.
